What we fulfil

What we build, and what is included

Six families of work. Each one is a thing you can sell on Monday and hand to us on Tuesday.

1

GoHighLevel implementation

Sub-account setup, snapshot builds and customisation, funnels, CRM and pipelines, workflows, A2P 10DLC support tasks, migrations and repair.

The platform most of your client work runs on, configured so it holds up once real contacts move through it.

What is included

  • Sub-account creation and configuration
  • Snapshot build or customisation
  • Funnels and forms
  • Pipelines and custom fields
  • Workflow build and repair
  • Calendar and booking configuration
  • A2P 10DLC support tasks
  • Migration from another platform

What is not included

  • Your client's content and offer decisions
  • Paid media
  • Ongoing changes after handoff, unless a support agreement is in place
  • Compliance decisions about your client's data and messaging, which stay with you and your client — we flag risks in writing

What we need to start

  • The outcome in one sentence
  • Access to the account, or agency level
  • A named approver
  • Any existing snapshot or workflow you want kept
2

Make and n8n automation

Scenarios and workflows, webhooks, error handling, retries, monitoring.

Built for the failure path as well as the demo path, because the failure path is the one your client will find.

What is included

  • Scenario and workflow build
  • Webhook endpoints and payload mapping
  • Error handling, retries and alerting
  • Monitoring of the automations we build
  • Rebuilds of automations that have outgrown their original design

What is not included

  • Platform subscription costs, which stay on your or your client's account
  • Changes to third-party systems we do not have access to
  • Ongoing changes after handoff, unless a support agreement is in place

What we need to start

  • The trigger and the outcome, written as one sentence each
  • Access to the automation platform account
  • Credentials or connections for the systems being joined
  • The failure behaviour you want when a third party is down
3

Voice AI and Chat AI

Retell and Vapi style agents, call flows, CRM and booking integration, follow-up sequences.

Agents that qualify, book and hand over cleanly, wired into the CRM the client already pays for.

What is included

  • Agent configuration and prompt design
  • Call flow and handover logic
  • CRM and calendar integration
  • Follow-up sequences after the call
  • Test calls against the failure path as well as the happy path

What is not included

  • Consent, recording and messaging decisions, which stay with you and your client
  • Telephony and model usage costs
  • Script and offer decisions, which are yours

What we need to start

  • What the agent is for, in one sentence
  • The CRM and calendar it must write to
  • A number or telephony account we can configure
  • The recording and consent rules that apply
4

API integrations and backend

Connecting systems that do not connect natively, webhooks, and custom backend where the no-code ceiling is reached.

For the builds where the platform stops and code has to start.

What is included

  • Integrations between systems with no native connector
  • Webhook receivers, queues and retry logic
  • Custom endpoints and backend services
  • Data mapping between platforms, with time zones and field types intact

What is not included

  • Hosting and infrastructure costs
  • Licences for third-party APIs
  • Ongoing feature work after handoff, unless a support agreement is in place

What we need to start

  • The two systems and what has to move between them
  • API documentation or an account we can read it from
  • A named approver for the data model
  • Any constraint on where data may be stored
5

QA, troubleshooting, migration and repair

Fixing what is broken, moving what has to move, testing what is about to go live.

Often the first job a new agency gives us, because it is the one that cannot wait.

What is included

  • Diagnosis of a broken or unreliable system, written up rather than guessed at
  • Repair, with a change log
  • Migration between platforms or accounts
  • Pre-launch QA against a written test list

What is not included

  • Guarantees about systems we did not build and cannot access
  • Rebuilds sold as repairs — if it needs a rebuild we say so before starting

What we need to start

  • What is broken, and what it should do instead
  • Access to the system and its logs
  • Whether this is a fix, a migration or a rebuild in your view
  • The deadline you are working to
6

Documentation, monitoring and support

Handoff documents, monitoring of named systems, and agreed response times under a support agreement.

What keeps a build working after launch. Sold as an agreement, never assumed and never bundled free.

What is included

  • System overview and component documentation
  • Credential and access ownership, written down
  • Monitoring of named systems
  • Incident logging, with response and resolution targets by severity
  • A monthly summary of what was delivered

What is not included

  • Unlimited support inside a build fee
  • Monitoring of systems not named in the agreement
  • Work on platforms where our access has been removed

What we need to start

  • Which systems are in scope for monitoring
  • Who receives incident notifications
  • The response targets you need by severity
  • Whether our access continues after handoff

Infrastructure work, separate from core delivery

Desktop and infrastructure support, offered to agencies that already work with us on delivery. It sits outside the six fulfilment families above and is scoped and priced on its own.

  • Desktop support services

Day-to-day IT support designed to reduce downtime and keep teams productive.

  • Rollout and migration services

Structured transitions that keep disruption low and execution predictable.

  • Hardware break-fix and maintenance

Responsive repair and maintenance to extend the lifespan of critical equipment.

  • IMAC and IT project services

Install, move, add and change services, plus broader infrastructure and project support.

Send us the next build

Tell us the outcome, the platforms, what already exists and when it is needed. You will get questions or a written scope back within 24 hours, and an honest answer if we are not the right fit for that piece of work.

Most agencies start with a paid pilot: one bounded build, defined deliverables, QA and documentation.
