Engagement models

Five ways agencies work with us

Five shapes an engagement can take. Which one fits depends on whether the work is bounded, continuous, or already live.

01

Paid pilot build

One tightly scoped system or client build with defined deliverables, a timeline and QA. It exists so you can find out what we are like to work with on something bounded, and it ends with a documented handoff and a decision about what comes next.

02

Fixed-scope build

A defined system for a quoted price. Written acceptance criteria, a change-request log with a price against each change, and a warranty period after sign-off.

03

Monthly delivery capacity

A defined amount of technical capacity reserved each month, with a prioritised queue we run jointly and a monthly report of what was delivered. Defined capacity, not unlimited.

04

Managed technical desk

We become the technical delivery function behind your agency: implementation, QA, troubleshooting, documentation, support and delivery coordination, with a named contact and a review cadence.

05

Monitoring and support layer

For systems already live. Monitoring of named systems, incident logging, response and resolution targets by severity, and a monthly summary.

Every engagement is scoped in writing before it is priced. Most agencies start with a paid pilot: one bounded build with defined deliverables, QA and documentation. Send us the scope or book a delivery fit call and you will have a written quote after one conversation.

What agencies ask before sending a scope

  • You sell the work and own the client relationship. We scope, build, test, document and support the system under your brand. You get the build, the QA record and documentation your team can operate from without us. White-label means the work carries your brand — it does not remove the contractual, data-processing and disclosure obligations you and your client already have.

Send us the next build

Tell us the outcome, the platforms, what already exists and when it is needed. You will get questions or a written scope back within 24 hours, and an honest answer if we are not the right fit for that piece of work.
